Dedicated to restoring balance and life harmony, our womens wellness events are all about nurturing your wellbeing and prioritising your self care. 

 

Fusing yoga, mindfulness and expert talks and workshops, our welcoming and inclusive events are the perfect antidote to the busyness of modern day life; allowing you to take time out, find space for inspiration, restore balance and nourish your wellbeing.  

Each event is carefully curated to give you exactly what you need; space where you can be unapologetically you within a community of like minded individuals, who understand one another and, together, can take the time to disconnect, breathe, and feel renewed.

Expert Talks

Most of our events are  centred around specific wellness themes and include an expert talk from Pamela alongside regular guest speakers from the field of wellbeing
