I specialise in teaching private mindfulness classes that are specifically designed to support women's wellbeing. Our wellbeing needs change all the time, sometimes we need rest, sometimes we need energising, sometimes we need to be still, sometimes we need to move; my private classes are designed to give you exactly what you need the most alongside the individual support and a tailored approach towards achieving your wellbeing goals.

It may be that you would like to explore mindfulness to help you de-stress and relax, or you may have a specific goal you would like support with over the longer term. Whatever your reasons are, with my private coaching you will get a more personal approach, can go at your own pace, address specific wellbeing goals and have the time and space to ask any questions you might have.

As a wellness coach, mindfulness practitioner and yoga teacher I infuse ancient Eastern wisdom with modern day wellbeing science to give you a bespoke approach to your wellness.  Drawing upon a vast toolbox of mindfulness, movement and wellbeing techniques I can guide you step-by-step through mindfulness techniques and relaxation practices that work beautifully together to support your holistic wellbeing.
