We are delighted to release the date for our upcoming 1 day yoga retreat in Hampshire this coming February.
Myself and Zoe Stone will be hosting this one day retreat in February - an opportunity for rest, renewal and welcoming more balance and joy into your life.
The word February comes from the Latin “februare” meaning purification, and this month has traditionally been symbolic of cleansing, refining and releasing ourselves from negativity in cultures around the world. We will use the day to invite more joy into our lives through a beautiful blend of uplifting and nurturing yoga, wellbeing tools for calm and self care and a restorative yogic sleep session for the ultimate renewal.
Throughout the day you will be treated to locally sourced, nourishing food alongside delicious refreshments.
Our intention is to leave you feeling rested with a renewed approach to your self care.

RELAXING YIN FLOW AND YOGA NIDRA WITH ZOE
A gentle and restorative yoga flow followed by yogic sleep for the ultimate integration and relaxation
CLOSING AND FAREWELLS
The retreat is a wonderful opportunity to step away from our busy routines and gift ourselves the time to prioritise our self care, restore balance and reconnect to what makes us truly inspired and joyful.
The retreat will be held at Beech Village Hall near Alton in Hampshire.
