VISION BOARD WORKSHOP
Kickstart 2025
It's time to get intentional and put the sparkle into your year ahead
When life gets busy or you find yourself juggling all the things, it's easy to lose sight of what matters to you most or what makes you feel truly happy. Feeling stressed, overwhelmed or exhausted can impact every area of your life, from relationships to work, to your wellbeing and sense of self. And yet, despite knowing deep down things need to change, maybe you just don't know where to start.
Sometimes we need a little help and guidance to find calm amongst the chaos, rediscover our spark, or reconnect to what it is we want from life. My private wellbeing coaching is designed to do just that. Working together we hone in on the areas you want to change and create a plan to help you step into a life that truly lights you up.
Perhaps you've found yourself
Feeling tired or stuck in a cycle of overwhelm and exhaustion.
Craving clarity and direction that feels authentic to you
Saying yes to everything and putting everyone else's wellbeing before your own
Knowing things need to change but unsure of where to start or how to do it
IT GET'S TO BE DIFFERENT NOW
I'm here to help you step forward and fall in love with your life again
If you're ready to move beyond the stress or overwhelm that's been holding you back, to move forward with purpose and confidence, and create the life you truly deserve, I'm here to help you make that happen.
I take a holistic and positive psychology informed approach to your wellbeing, this means I consider all aspects of your life as a whole, working with you to help you thrive, and achieve greater balance, joy, and overall wellbeing.
Whether you feel stuck, you're in a period of transition, or you're uncertain about how to move forward, my private coaching is your invitation to get the the personalised support, guidance and accountability to identify your goals, develop a plan to achieve them, and gain the clarity and confidence to create lasting change.
Put a hand on your heart, take a deep breath, it's time for things to change.
With clarity, vision and the right support, anything is possible
How coaching works
Together we will identify your current position, what areas you'd like to work on, and what this new state of wellbeing and joy looks like for you. I will help you deepen your self-awareness, as well as helping you clarify your values, needs, and character strengths, and how you can learn to utilise these to align your actions with the life you want to create.
Drawing on a vast toolbox of knowledge and techniques, we'll use different tools and processes that are tailored just for you. I can show you how to lessen the impact of stress and overwhelm, move past beliefs that are holding you back, and reconnect you to what brings you joy. You will grow, you will learn, and you will rediscover your potential for a calm, happy, and vibrant existence.
Just imagine...
Letting go of stress and overwhelm and creating and honouring boundaries that support your wellbeing

Isn't mindfulness just relaxation?Whilst mindfulness can feel calming, the purpose of mindfulness is not simply to relax; it is to cultivate the skill of noticing what happens in the mind and body however it is: when there is discomfort, anger or stress as much as happiness, joy or ease. By noticing these things as they happen, you create the freedom to choose your response.
-
Is mindfulness religious? No, the mindfulness curriculums I follow are strictly secular. There are periods of sitting quietly and there is appreciation of how extraordinary it is to be human, but the framework is one of common sense and practical application.
-
How are you qualified to teach Mindfulness to young people?I am a qualified Mindfulness and Meditation teacher with additional qualifications in teaching mindfulness to children (Calm for Kids) and the Teach .B course from the Mindfulness in Schools Project. I also hold a Level 4 PTTLS qualification, D32 and D33 Assessor Awards and an enhanced DBS certificate. You can view all of my qualifications here
-
Does mindfulness for schools include yoga? The mindfulness curriculum I follow includes some elements of mindful movement such as mindful walking or mindfully being aware of our body during movement, it does not include traditional yoga poses. Similarly paying attention to the breath plays a useful role in mindfulness as it is always available as an object of attention, but so is the rest of your body, the food you are eating and the person you are listening to, the courses do not include any yogic breathwork techniques.
-
Is there any evidence for the benefits of mindfulness?Whilst still at a relatively early stage, the evidence-base for mindfulness is very encouraging. For example, brain imaging studies show that mindfulness practice reliably and profoundly alters the structure and function of the brain to improve the quality of thought, feeling and concern for others. Here is a link to an interesting study by the Mindfulness in Schools Project https://mindfulnessinschools.org/the-evidence-base/myriad-what-misp-learned/
